Have you ever tried taking a wonder walk? Just walk together and focus on anything that sparks your curiosity and interest.⁣

This morning, just taking my dog outside, I saw American Woodcocks doing their display rituals. They make the funniest little peent noises and fly all around, all in an effort to attract a mate. Such an amazing thing to see!⁣

Wonder if ALL around us and it leads to so much learning. Give it a try!

Or you can read a quote of the day and talk about what it means.⁣
⁣
Whatever you choose, those  few minutes of social-emotional focus make a difference.
